Nobody likes too many rules but we want Jubilee Park Caravan and Camping site to be family friendly. We therefore ask our visitors to observe the following:
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am
No fires on the park
BBQs are fine as long as they are raised off the ground
No ball games or Event tents/gazebo’s allowed within the caravan and camping site
These rules are in place for everyone’s safety and enjoyment! If they don’t meet your liking then we aren’t the correct site for you.

Just 5 minutes walk from Woodhall Spa village centre, Jubilee Park Caravan and Camping site is set among some of the most beautiful woodland areas in Lincolnshire. It is also right next to the heated outdoor pool and paddling pool.
Serviced Pitches: There are 73 grass pitches, with electrical hook-up points, showers and toilet blocks, water and waste/chemical toilet disposal areas.
Hard Standing Pitches: We have a limited number of hardstanding pitches for a small extra charge of £2 per night. These pitches also have electrical hook-up points.
Non Serviced Pitches: There are 4 grass pitches, close to the showers and toilet block, water and waste/chemical toilet disposal areas. We may also use our rally field on occasion which is situated 300 metres from the toilet block and has around 30 non serviced pitches.

The price of each pitch includes two adults – additional people are charged at £3 per person per night
Adults are 16 and above, Children are 5-15, Under 5s are free. Age is on day of arrival!
Each pitch is entitled to 50% off Swimming rates. Campers must produce their receipt (issued on arrival) at the time of purchase!
There are a number of Hard standing pitches. Two near the toilet block, which can each take up to an 8 metre unit, and the rest can take up to a 7.5 meter unit. Hardstanding pitches are an extra £2 per night. The pitches consist of two concrete strips and a stoned awning area which accommodates a 3 metre awning. Please see photo below
A pitch is for one unit. It can’t be used for more than one unit with the exception of a pup tent on a caravan pitch, which must have the wardens approval and be less then 2×2 meters. You are not able to have 2 tents on a pitch or a tent and a caravan.
Bookings are not transferable and must be used by the person booking the pitch and a pitch can’t be jointly bought by more than one party.
Any awnings must be connected to the unit as per the manufacturers instructions. Event tents/ gazebos and tents can’t be used as awnings
Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Jubilee Park caravan site operated by Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa Ltd (JPWS).
- Booking Confirmation
Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa Ltd enters into a contract with you when we confirm your booking. When you make the booking, you warrant that you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, and will indemnify JPWS against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly, from any act or default by yourself or any person or animal accompanying you. As party leader you warrant that you will make all persons associated with your party fully aware of their responsibilities.
Bookings are not transferable and must be used by the person booking the pitch and a pitch can’t be jointly bought by more than one party
In addition to these terms and conditions, there may be specific terms which apply to individual pitches. These will, where applicable, be prominently displayed in the reception area of the park. Please note that camping on Jubilee Park caravan site land is restricted to the areas designated as pitches. Camping in other areas is not permitted.
JPWS is not liable for any injury, loss or damage to you, your vehicle(s) or your property and in making a booking with us you free and relieve JPWS of any claim arising out of this booking.
- Services, Features and Facilities
Information about features, facilities or services at your holiday location is, to the best of our knowledge and belief, accurate at time of publication of the brochure and website, but some of these features, facilities and services may not be available at the time you take your holiday.
We only allow one car to be parked on the grassed areas of the park (next to your pitch), additional motor vehicles cars are not permitted to park on the pitches, even temporarily, you may park in front of your pitch briefly whilst you load and unload, but this should not be for prolonged periods. Your other vehicle should then be moved to the car park. Subject to availability you may be able to park your extra car on your pitch for a £10 additional charge. Please be aware that we may not have parking available for additional cars over event weekends and you should always check in advance if you are planning to bring more then one vehicle per pitch.
Awnings and windbreaks may be used on the grassed area of your pitch with the site manager’s permission; however you may not enclose the grassed areas. Windbreaks must not be left up over night.
Caravan Pitches are suitable for a slideout OR an awning. We cannot accommodate both. This must be no wider than 3 metres and no longer than the length of your unit. We do not accept Event tents, Gazebos or an additional shelter.
Tents are not to be larger than 6 by 4 metres. If your tent is larger than this we ask that you speak to a member of staff directly. You may be required to book 2 pitches to accommodate your tent or a pitch on our main site. No Annexes on tents unless within the size of tent stated at booking. No pup tents with tents. Please remember no event shelters or gazebos.
As our sites are located in a natural environment, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by wildlife or weather.
Only gas or charcoal barbecues maybe used and then only for the purpose of cooking food. They must be raised off the ground to prevent damage to the grass and must be extinguished by 10pm. We do not allow the lighting of fires, this includes wood on barbecues, log burners, fire baskets and Chinese lanterns.
As our park is in the countryside, the use of barbecues may be restricted during periods of dry weather.
We do not generally accept groups of more than 3 vans & only at the manager’s discretion. Please be aware of our group policy stated below
Unless the group has been before, the new group policy applies. A group booking consists of 3 units (no larger). Before making a new group booking, please be aware of our 10pm quiet rule. The person making the booking becomes the party leader and accepts responsibility for the group. Please get the names of all of the party to attach to our notes on the booking so that we have a name to a pitch. A Group Bond of £20 per pitch is required for all such groups. This is a cash payment taken on arrival from all parties and returned to them on departure pending no noise or behavioural issues. This payment will be retained if the group is removed from the park.
Large same sex groups and young adults will be subject to the group bond but the charge will be £20 per person.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your booking or one night’s stay (whichever is higher) is required on booking with balance due two weeks before arrival.
The price of your pitch entitles you to locate:
a) one tent/caravan/trailer tent, or
b) one motorhome
within the boundaries of the Jubilee Park caravan site campsite with 2 adults for the period stated on your confirmation.
Space for one attached single awning is included in the pitch price. A tent pitch is for a 6 metre by 4 metre tent (maximum). If your tent is larger than this, two pitches may be required (please call for advice), at the Site Management’s discretion. There is an extra charge for additional adults, children over the age of 5 and vehicles, boats, trailers etc., which must be paid at time of booking. During bank holidays and busy times, extras must be pre-booked, otherwise we cannot guarantee there will be space for these. The Site Manager reserves the right to ask you to remove any windbreaks.
Pup tents should be no larger then 2 by 2 metres, are only available on caravan/motor home pitches and are charged at £2 per night. Location on your pitch to be determined with the Caravan Warden.
Payment cards are accepted on the basis that they are authorised by the customer for all charges incurred under this booking if not cleared by another method.
If you wish to cancel your booking, notice must be given to JPWS at the address on your booking confirmation. Provided the cancellation is received not less than 30 days before the start date of the holiday all payments will be refunded.
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited but any other payments refunded.
If we receive less than 7 days notice or if you fail to arrive within 1 day of your booked arrival, you will incur the full cancellation fee.
The failure of your vehicle to make it to our park is not our responsibility & will incur the full cancellation fee.
Poor weather is not our responsibility & will incur the full cancellation fee.
The Site Management also reserves the right to refuse entry to the site to caravans in excess of the stated length when booked, commercial vehicles & units that are not professionally fully converted and to tents that are larger then stated at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend that all customers take out insurance from an approved agent against the cost that will be incurred should you need to cancel your booking at our park.
A booking is only cancelled when you receive our confirmation of your cancellation by letter or email. If you do not receive this, you cannot consider your booking cancelled & you will remain liable for all charges under the booking until you are in possession of the confirmation of the cancellation.
The full cancellation fee is the total cost of your booking.
Amendments to your booking can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit can be used against a new booking (during the same season) and any additional payments returned or used against the new booking. Please call and talk to the site warden. Amendments will only be made in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of JPWS. Amendments cannot be guaranteed after your holiday has started. Note that no refunds will be given in the case of adverse weather or if guests depart prior to the end of the booked holiday.
The Price will be quoted at the time of booking and will be maintained, subject to there being no change to the details of the booking or changes to the regulatory or tax regimes in force. Errors & exceptions excluded.

- Arrival and Departure
Arrivals from 12 noon. When arriving after 5pm (6pm Friday) please state at the time of booking. We can’t guarantee that staff will be available to show you to your pitch after this time. When pitching, please ensure that you are within the boundaries of your pitch. Should you not be then park staff will ask you to move your unit. When in doubt please ask.
Where you have made an advance booking, we reserve the right to re-book the pitch if you do not arrive by 7pm on the first day of your booking unless a late arrival has been previously agreed.
Pitches must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Pitches are pre-allocated prior to arrival. You may request a specific pitch or pitch type but this cannot be guaranteed. If you have booked more than one pitch, we cannot guarantee that all pitches will be together.
No arrivals before 12 noon unless previously agreed with reception.
We accept up to 2 dogs per pitch on condition that they are on a lead no longer than 2 metres at all times. The pitch price includes up to two dogs per pitch. All traces of their presence must be removed before you leave and any fouling must be collected and disposed of immediately. Dogs must not be left on site unattended and kept on a lead within the site grounds at all times.
Dog owners are reminded that farmers have the right to shoot dogs worrying their animals. While we have never had issues there are farm animals near to the park
Our customers and staff visit and work at our site to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. If anyone, in the opinion of our staff, does not respect this, the Site Manager reserves the right to refuse them admission or ask them to leave the site at any time. No refunds will be given.
If, in the opinion of the Site Manager, any person from the party is behaving unreasonably, or causing nuisance or damage to other parties or park property then the contract will be discharged and you will be requested to leave the park. No refunds will be given.
We have a ‘Quiet Site Policy’ and require noise to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. Persons making excessive noise at any time will be asked to leave.

Please note we do enforce the above rules. If we come to speak to you it’s because your too loud!, please respect the Wardens are responding to you.
We may make exceptions while certain events are going on. For example our evening Film screening events, we wouldn’t expect the park to be quiet until after the film had finished. This is usually around 11.30pm. Outdoor film screening dates are shown on the events page on our website
- Data Protection
The information taken at time of booking is required for the purposes of processing your reservation at the Park. We may use your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know. We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park or when requested to do so by legal authorities or if you have claimed a discount through membership of a scheme, club or society. We may provide that information to the relevant scheme manager.
We want you to have an enjoyable holiday. Should you nevertheless have cause for complaint, please advise our Site Manager immediately, so that the complaint can be investigated and action taken. If our Site Manager is not available, or if you are not satisfied with the action taken, you should put your comments in writing within 14 days of your holiday to: The Trustees, Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa, Stixwould Road, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. LN10 6QH.
We will try to send a response within seven working days.
Use of the site is conditional upon compliance with the site rules and all reasonable instructions or requests from site staff or the Park manager.
Any verbal or physical abuse towards a staff member or other site user will result in the offending party being asked to leave. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Group bookings of 3 or more units will need prior approval from the site manager. Please refer to terms and conditions.
Behaviour on site must be consistent with respecting the comfort and convenience of other site users. To this end noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Abusers of this rule will be ordered to leave the park immediately,
Parents are responsible for children obeying the site rules and ensuring that they are not a nuisance to other guests.
Dogs must be kept on a lead no longer than 2 metres at all times. All pet owners are reminded of their responsibility to clean up after their pets.
All BBQs must be raised off the floor to avoid damage to the grass. Lighting fires is strictly prohibited and this includes wood on BBQs, log burners, fire baskets and Chinese lanterns. Grave danger to persons and property may result from the careless disposal of smoking materials and matches. Site users should acquaint themselves with the position of fire points around the site.
Washing lines are not permitted.
The maximum permitted length of an electric cable is 25 metres.
Windbreaks may only be used following approval from the Site warden and must be taken down each night.
Ball games are not permitted on site. Only sponge balls will be allowed within the caravan and camping site. Parents are reminded that damage caused by their children is their responsibility. Please use the grass areas in Jubilee Park for ball games.
One vehicle only per pitch. Extra vehicles must be left on the car park. Extra cars may be parked subject to availability at an extra charge.
Vehicles bearing sign writing, commercial vehicles or large vans will only be allowed on site at the wardens’ discretion. Owners may be asked to leave their vehicle on the car park.
Users of awnings are requested to lift groundsheets and side awning flaps at frequent intervals to minimise grass damage.
Event tents, gazebos and shelters are not permitted on site.
The use of generators is not permitted on site.
Grey and chemical waste must be disposed of only in the designated grey waste and chemical waste disposal points.
Alcohol may only be consumed within the pitch area of the outfit.
The site speed limit is 5 mph and must be observed at all times.
A deposit of 50% or one night’s stay (whichever is higher) is required with balance due two weeks before arriving. A pitch that has been booked must be taken up within 1 day of the start of that booking or the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be forfeited.
Should you be unable to attend your booking, your deposit can be used against another booking/date providing at least 7 days notice is given. Please call and talk to the site warden.
Please vacate pitches by 11 am on your departure day.
